Credits

The accurate estimation of legal costs for budgeting purposes is indispensable, particularly if you prefer to spend as little time as possible on administrative tasks. We have therefore implemented a convenient credit system that enables our clients to purchase 25 or 50 hours of legal services at a discount.

Ardis offers two options:

• You can buy a package of  300 credits   for 2,875.00 EUR (excl. VAT) corresponding to 25 hours of legal services;

• You can buy a package of  600 credits  for 5,500.00 EUR (excl. VAT), corresponding to 50 hours of legal services.

  Which services are offered through the credit system?

  The services offered in a package of  300 credits  include the review of legal documents   and consultation in the field of labour and corporate law.

• Simple questions will be answered orally, including a brief confirmation by e-mail.

• More complex questions will be answered 1) following our perusal of the relevant documents and 2) after conducting a study into the relevant literature with respect to case law and legal doctrines. We will always send you a written report of our legal advice. This advice will then be presented to you orally (by telephone or during a meeting).

Clients purchasing a package of  600 credits   aankoopt, are also entitled to use these credits  towards our services with regard to legal proceedings (meetings, case study, legal research, review of statements and litigation before the labour court).

How does it work?

Our credit system is very simple. You can start using our credit system immediately after the following steps have been completed:

1. Order your credits via  credits@ardisadvocaten.be, 

2. You will receive our invoice for the credits you ordered within one business day.

3. Once we have received your payment we will send you an email containing your account and login details.

These details can be used to check your credit balance via our website. You can also consult a record of the legal services you have already made use of. Your credit balance is updated at the start of every business day.

At least one credit will be charged for every service (equal to 5 minutes).

We will notify you by e-mail when you have used up almost all of your credits .
